Biryanis Place Sandy Springs

The food here is one of the best in the world. The place is known for their biriyani, specially all the vegetarian biryani and chicken biryani. I would especially recommend this to anybody who likes to try North Indian and South Indian food because they have both you. This has a variety of food places like you can get garlic naan, Panner Tikka Masala, poori, etc.. This place has great Service the time it takes is short for any food to arrive. They usually give us most of the food in less than 30 seconds. When they start giving out the first meal sometimes when it’s a busy day it doesn’t have that case for example, today we were the only people in the restaurant because we came here for lunch where people usually come at 3 o’clock or 2 o’clock to eat food here. So the number of factors that go through the atmosphere here they have a projector screen that is usually better at night. As it’s a projector it’s better to see at night. They have outdoor seating and they have large tables for groups of guests. They do have a bar which does look awesome. They have outdoor seating on many areas of the building. They do have awesome sound music that does come to the background, and for occasionally events they have lights around the building.

The only reason for the 2 star is that my daughter ordered butter chicken and chicken 65. She said those were good and they were. I ordered the tandoori platter which was completely bland cooked with absolutely no love. Raw three slices of carrots and cabbage. Looks nothing like the picture advertised. Absolutely no flavor. Just spicy for no reason. I communicated with the waitress of this she just kept repeating my words back to me. Offered nothing. No remake. A different dish. Nothing.I politely asked for the check since I was getting nowhere with her packed up. My things to go and I will doctor them up when I get home. Won't be back.

Below average experience at this Indian restaurant. The service was meh… we ordered the chicken sizzler dish and it came out with 4 pieces out of which 1 leg piece was totally burnt… no quality control. Had to send it back. The server brought the rest of the dish back and said they will work on getting the one piece. Dissatisfied generally and not loooking to go back.

Went to this place on a recommendation for the best biryani. The decor was good with a decent bar at the back of the restaurant. The restaurant was mostly empty but it was a midweek night. The food and drinks orders were taken fairly quickly. What was a little disappointing was the soft drinks were served in the cans they came in. Not a great start. The appetisers came a short while later. Unfortunately, they told us that one of the dishes was vegetarian. It turned out to be chicken and the vegetarians had started eating. Staff were not concerned with the mix up and just asked if we wanted another dish. The non-veg starters were good. The main course came soon after. Although the curry dishes were good, the biryani was very disappointing. A small layer of chicken at the bottom with normal rice on top. Not really a biryani in my books. The pepper chicken curry was very good and the garlic chilli nan was also good. I would go back for that, but definitely not the biryani. Cost wise, it was relatively cheap. Worked out at about $30 per person. ________________________________ Picked up a takeaway today. Most of the food was adequate / good. One of the chicken dishes did have way too much lemon in it. But, otherwise all good. Oh and yes, didn't get the biryani. Portion sizes were on the slightly small side and but the overall cost was lower than expected. Still unable to work out why we are asked to include a tip for a pickup order. Hmmmmmmm! Will definitely try again at some point.

Very tasty indeed! We were greeted with a warm welcome and smiles. The dishes and service was excellent. The Chicken Byriani was delicious. Served in an oval bowl, the rice covered the chicken like a warm pleasantly spicy blanket. I asked for some yogurt sauce on the side, which I think is a great compliment to the spiciness. I recommend it highly!
